Every word of the letter is yours. This tool arranges what you write and adds nothing of its own except the headings. There is no text generation here, nothing is sent anywhere to be written, and it will not invent a memory, a relationship, a wish or a fact. A section you leave blank is simply left out.

What you want to say

Every field is optional. Write in whatever language you think in — nothing here parses, corrects or rewrites what you type.

Context and reasons, not instructions. Anything you want to give is a matter for the will itself.
A wish to talk about, recorded here. A healthcare directive is a separate document and this is not one.

The letter

Why there is no signature block

A letter of wishes is not a legal instrument, and dressing one up with signature and witness lines invites exactly the mistake this tool exists to avoid: someone treating it as though it changed something. It does not. Your typed name at the end is a way of closing a letter, which is all it is here.

For the same reason there is no wording that overrides, amends or interprets another document. If you want something to have legal effect, that belongs in the document that carries it, drafted by someone qualified where you live.

An entirely blank form produces nothing at all. The tool asks you to write at least one line rather than composing a generic letter over your name, because a letter you did not write is worth less than no letter.
